COMMON SENSE POLICIES

No Cash Bail and other radical policies that Albany politicians support are only making our state less safe and less affordable. Once elected, I will support common-sense legislation that supports all New Yorkers.

REPEAL NO CASH BAIL

Crime is rampant in New York.

Back in 2019 Albany politicians, including Stacey Pheffer-Amato, voted to repeal bail requirements for most misdemeanors and non-violent felony charges. As a result, crime has skyrocketed and New Yorkers no longer feel safe in their communities.

Tom Sullivan will vote to repeal no cash bail.

LOWER PROPERTY TAXES

Living in New York is too expensive.

Between the rising costs of living and our enormous tax burdens, it's no wonder why so many New Yorkers are fleeing this state.

By voting to lower property taxes, Tom will make sure new York becomes affordable for the millions who call it home.

SUPPORTING OUR VETERANS

Having served in the Army for three decades, Tom Sullivan knows what it takes to support our veterans.

Considering their service to our nation, veterans deserve greater medical and financial assistance.

With so many veterans left astray by our city and state, Tom Sullivan will ensure those that served get the support they need.

QUALITY EDUCATION

Students deserve a decent education.

Instead, Albany politicians are attacking religious and charter schools and are pushing for divisive topics like Critical Race Theory to be taught in schools.

Tom Sullivan will vote to ensure our children have a quality education that focuses on preparing them for their future.

SOLVING THE MIGRANT CRISIS

According to the New York Times, nearly 100,000 migrants have entered our city since spring of 2022. Our city and state leaders have proven themselves unable to handle this crisis.

Tom Sullivan will bring the needed leadership to end this crisis.

PRO-BUSINESS

As a small business owner, Tom Sullivan knows how hard it is to run a business in our state.

Between high taxes and rampant crime, Albany politicians seem indifferent to the needs of small businesses.

Tom Sullivan will support New York entrepreneurs and employers.

PRESERVING OUR WATERFRONT COMMUNITIES

After Hurricane Sandy, areas such as the Rockaways, Broad Channel, Howard Beach, and others were devastated.

Tom Sullivan is actively committed to the protection of our communities through the maintenance of indigenous grasses and the building and maintenance of coastal barriers.

OPPOSE RADICAL POLICIES

Stacey Pheffer Amato voted to establish a State Commission to Consider Reparations to Address Effects of Slavery

New Yorkers don't want radical policies like reparations. New Yorkers want to be able to live in safe and affordable communities

Tom Sullivan will not support radical policies like reparations.

DON'T BAN GAS STOVES

Tom Sullivan supports energy independence. With energy rates increasing, now is the time to harness New York's natural energy resources.

Tom does not support radical policies like banning gas stoves, which Pheffer Amato voted for.
